Skills and Experience You’ll Need as a Partnership Marketing Specialist – Shooting: Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in the shooting sports, firearms, or optics industry (or a related field). A combination of education and experience will be considered. First-hand experience with a variety of shooting disciplines and optics applications (e.g., tactical, long-range, personal defense, and recreational shooting applications).
