We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support our marketing and community engagement initiatives through well-organized, compliant, and impactful events. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute company-sponsored events, including community outreach programs, in-store activations, and brand partnerships. Manage all event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, staffing, and compliance with state/local cannabis regulations. Develop and maintain event timelines, budgets, and reporting processes. Work with the marketing team to promote events across various platforms. Provide on-site leadership during events to ensure smooth execution. Prepare post-event summaries, including performance metrics and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Associate's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or marketing (cannabis industry experience is a plus). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and vendor management abilities. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
