Lucy's Sandwich Shop in West Medford at 472 High Street, is looking for an experienced bilingual line cook/ sandwich maker who is able to service customers and is responsible for prep and execution of the menu (line cook duties include prep of all menu items, station set-up and execution of menu, breakdown and cleanup) We serve sandwiches for lunch and into the dinner hour. Hours of operation is 6 days a week. 10am to 5 pm and Sunday 10 am to 4pm. Duties include daily preparation, set up and execution of lunch service and guest service, daily breakdown and cleaning of stations, equipment, sweep and mop floors and general cleaning of the facility on a daily basis.
