Experience in quick service & fast food restaurants as well as fine dining establishments is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Proficient in cash handling and financial management practices. Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory control and kitchen management. Ability to provide training & development opportunities for staff members. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences.
