The ideal candidates will have strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for our retail clients and the public. **Job Title:** Experienced Armed Security Guard – Maryland **Location:** Various Retail Locations throughout PG Country Maryland **Job Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time **Salary:** Competitive, based on experience Duties & Responsibilities: * Provide dedicated armed security presence at assigned retail sites. * Observe, report, and respond to suspicious activities or incidents. * Enforce site-specific policies and procedures. * Monitor access control and ensure the safety of clients, employees, and visitors. * Complete accurate and detailed daily activity reports. * Respond to emergencies, alarms, and requests for assistance. Requirements: * Must have a valid Maryland Security Guard Card and handgun permit. * Minimum 4 year of armed security experience. * Must be at least 25 years old. * High School Diploma or GED. * Clean background and drug-free. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods. * Professional appearance and demeanor. * Must have FULL Duty Belt & Ballistic vest Preferred Experience * Prior Law enforcement, military, or advanced security training background. * CPR/First Aid certification.
