We can provide the swans with a separate, safe area where they can be displayed if they need to be kept separate from guests. Description of Duties, Including but not Limited to: • Maintaining and staying on schedules • Collaborating with the client management team and assisting with the technical design process, to ensure end product exceeds the clients’ expectations. • Interpreting existing, and creating new, CAD drafted elements and construction details • Submitting work orders and assisting with material procurement for projects as needed • Oversee details and quality control through the construction process • Client coordination and communication throughout the production process. • Managing trucking logistics • Onsite supervision of load-in and strike Job Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or college equivalent • Experience in entertainment production • Highly computer literate • Proficient with AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and Outlook • Fabrication experience with wood and metal and familiarity with a variety of construction materials • Ability to work long hours when needed • Good communication and organizational skills • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Vector works, Sketchup, and other similar software a plus
