Tobi is looking for a family (Gresham)

I'm giving this puppy up for adoption due to moving. He's very affectionate and sociable, very active, not calm at all. Preferably for homes with a patio—no good for apartments. He doesn't bite, interacts well with children, and gets along with other pets. He's about 9 months old.
