Mixed breed male - 1 and a half yr old (Gainesville)

This is Artemis. He is a mixed breed dog. He is only a year and a half so still a puppy with puppy energy. He would make a great guard dog. He barks at anything in the yard that shouldn't be there, it takes him a while to warm up to new people when they come over. He would do great with lots of land to run around, he gets along with our other dogs but I dont know how he would do with new dogs. He will need a home with someone willing to be patient with him, when he meets new people he will bark and growls a little but but as soon as he know there is no threat he is very friendly. He has never shown any signs of aggression and is great with our two older kids. He is up to date on shots, we give him his shots ourselves so there are no shot records. We are asking a small rehoming fee to insure he goes to a good home.
