2015 Tesla S....P85D. Loaded - $9,000 (port townsend wa 98368)

Low mileage...30K...Tesla model S...One big problem...Will not charge....Car has only been on a supercharger 20 times at most...Few months ago...it had 115miles showing in "tank"...few days later 0...Will not accept charge...have no idea whats really wrong here..but Tesla want $23,000 for new main battery.....I don't see how that can be right...they have never even seen the car...Anyway...I am in no position to try to fix it...I am looking for someone can get it charging again....Very nice car...great on road and extremely fast in insane mode.
