Contract Attorney – Family Law, Estate Planning, Business Law – Remote (Seattle)

Who You Are: • A licensed Washington State attorney (in good standing) with 3+ years of experience in Family Law, Estate Planning, or Business Law (experience in more than one area is a bonus!). • Strong legal writing, research, and client communication skills. • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented with a heart for client-centered service. • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team. • Based in Washington State (Seattle-area preferred for occasional in-person opportunities, but day-to-day work is fully remote). Responsibilities May Include: • Drafting or reviewing prepared pleadings, motions, and estate planning documents. • Participating in case strategy meetings and client consultations (via Zoom). • Managing court appearances if needed (primarily virtual). • Research and analysis to support creative, customized client solutions. Bonus Points If You: • Have experience with collaborative law, mediation, or trauma-informed practice. • Are tech-savvy (we use modern case management systems and collaborative tools). • Believe law can be a healing profession when practiced with the right heart.
