About the Role As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, security, and quality of our software. You’ll work closely with our development, product, and compliance teams to execute both automated and manual testing processes, maintain test documentation, and assist in compliance-related activities. Your day-to-day work will involve running Rainforest QA tests, performing manual exploratory testing, and collaborating with engineers to improve our automated test coverage. Additionally, you’ll assist our Compliance Officer in maintaining our ISO 27001 certification and ensuring that our software meets regulatory and security standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they reach production. What You’ll Do - Execute and maintain Rainforest QA test suites, ensuring automated tests cover critical application functionality. - Perform manual testing to validate new features and identify edge cases that automated tests may miss. - Work with developers to reproduce, document, and track tickets in JIRA. - Assist the Compliance Officer in reviewing software changes for security and compliance concerns. - Maintain and improve test documentation, ensuring accurate test plans and test cases. - Provide clear and detailed test reports to help drive development decisions. - Participate in regression testing before releases to ensure stability. - Assist the support team and respond to customer support requests. IT Coordinator-Full-Time/Onsite We are looking to hire a dynamic IT Coordinator to join Pauline Books & Media/Daughters of St. Paul to ensure that our company's Information systems are secure and running smoothly; to be the main point of contact for upgrades, testing, maintenance and support of our network devices, phone systems, POS devices, computers, tablets, phones, etc.; to provide our sisters and staff with training on using hardware, software, and cloud-based services; to build professional working relationships with third-party tech providers.
