Midwest Global Solutions LLC is looking to fill a Systems Analyst position in Omaha, NE (may telecommute part of time from home residence in the Omaha, NE MSA). Job duties include: Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions. Write well-designed, testable code. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures. Document and maintain software functionality. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems. Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback. Comply with project plans and industry standards. Responsible for the Creation of ETL Pipelines. Responsible for designing and building new Data Models and optimizing existing data models. Exploit elasticity and agility of the cloud. Ownership of physical Data models of serving layer. Responsible and accountable for pipelines reliability and availability. Responsible for Data analysis for troubleshooting and exploration. Position requires a bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent accepted) in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field and 3 years’ experience as a computer systems analyst, data analyst, or a related position. Experience must include the following specific experience and skills: • 3 years’ experience with Azure Data Engineering environment setup (Dev-Test-Prod) for Azure SQL and Azure Infrastructure. • 3 years’ experience data pipeline (ETL/ELT) development using Azure Data Factory. • 3 years’ experience with Azure SQL including design, development, implementation, maintenance and performance monitoring of database instances. *Current employees eligible for referral bonus as per company policy with regard to this position.
