MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED: The candidates must have in-depth proven governmental experience in PeopleSoft modules related to Change Management / Training and understanding of the integration of same with other PeopleSoft integrations. A. Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) modules with in-depth experience with testing procedures and processes. This role requires heavy testing experience in an agile design, build, and test mode. B. Possesses extensive understanding of integration test performance and data analysis. C. High level of analytical and problem-solving skills. D. Highly communicative to ensure high-quality system applications. E. Ensure processes and documentations such as current procedures review, functional requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, defect documentation, system changes to application programs, system diagram, regular status updates, presentations etc., are conducted at the level appropriate for the project. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Five years of experience in incident resolution, report development, testing, assisting with enhancement and upgrades. Primary Job Duties: Testing and wiping PC, laptops and networking gear for resale. Full time position, candidate will need to demonstrate troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of operating systems as they relate to boot order, along with an understanding of BIOS functions/settings. Performance in this role is required, hands on a large number of items daily is the expectation. Priority given to those with any ecommerce experience (creating online sales ads, pricing, and market research). Comp TIA is helpful here, but not required. Interview will consist of simple tests of your knowledge of the aforementioned functions and items.
