Northwest Eclectic Arts – Guitar as Expressive Practice Private instruction for artists, musicians, and thoughtful beginners. This is not a school. There are no levels. No method books or rigid curriculums. Just a one-on-one approach to learning guitar through deep listening, genre fluency, and personal expression. About the approach: I’ve taught for 20+ years and studied with some of the best. I’ve toured internationally, worked as a recording engineer, composer, and editor. My musical path has crossed rock shows, Brazilian choro sessions, classical recital halls, and backwoods folk jams. At Northwest Eclectic Arts, you’ll learn to: - Expand your vocabulary across genres - Compose, interpret, and improvise with intention - Develop a lifelong connection to the instrument - Explore music as a personal, expressive practice Genres include: Classical, country, Brazilian, folk, jazz, punk, fingerstyle, and more.
