We are seeking a resident manager to work part time for 28 unit apartment building in West San Gabriel Valley, must be A COUPLE OR TEAM, experience in property management, leasing, and basic handyman skills a plus, strong skills for interacting with tenants, vendor. The ideal set-up is one person staying at home handling duties while the other has an external job. Duties include but not limited to show units, process application, collect rent, making bank deposits, preparing leases, respond to tenant inquiries, basic repairs (e.g., plumbing, lighting etc.) coordinating with vendors for major work. Routing inspections, cleanliness of common areas, enforce rules, be available for urgent issues. Must have your own computer, please email to link provided.
