General Manager – Elevated Neighborhood Restaurant We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced General Manager to lead a beloved, chef-driven neighborhood restaurant in Oakland. Known for its commitment to seasonal ingredients, exceptional hospitality, and community connection, our restaurant is a cornerstone of the local dining scene. About the Role As General Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, inspire and lead a high-performing team, and work closely with ownership and the culinary team to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You’ll serve as the heartbeat of the restaurant—fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and excellence.
