Your Role as Administrative Assistant: As an administrative assistant you’re the traffic controller. It’s a dynamic role with a little bit of everything: customer service, scheduling, communications, social media, and behind-the-scenes support that keeps our operations efficient and professional. Must be organized and focused on the people. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, vendors and prospects–while also supporting all of our internal teams. Your day-to-day will include: Greeting walk-ins and answering incoming phone calls professionally and promptly Responding to resident questions and directing inquiries to the correct department Scheduling showings for leasing agents and following up with inquiries Assist with content creation and engagement Maintain resident records accurately Support the team with projects and cross-department coordination What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of experience in administration, leasing or customer service preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Google Workspace Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-passed environment Friendly, professional and team oriented attitude Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. A tech-savvy mindset – you should be comfortable with software, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms.
