📍 Location: 3912 – 49th Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95823 📅 Duration: Until 14 Newly Renovated Apartments are leased with a target by July 31, 2025 We’re on the hunt for a few go-getters to help lease 14 all newly renovated apartments! If you’re someone who loves people, enjoys showing off beautiful spaces, and knows how to close a deal—this one’s for you. 🏠 What You’ll Do: - Give in-person or video tours of available 1- and 2-bedroom apartments - Follow up with interested folks and help them complete rental applications - Collect and review lease approval docs (like income & job verification, rental history, etc.) - Keep track of leasing progress until all 14 apartments are filled! 📈 Your Mission: - Lease 10 two-bedroom, 1-bath units ($1,750–$1,795) - Lease 4 one-bedroom, 1-bath units ($1,650–$1,700) - Get it all wrapped up by July 31, 2025 💰 Compensation: - Base Hourly, Plus Commission Earned per Closed Lease! - Bonuses available too for high performance - Potential to make top-tier earnings with quick lease-ups - Top Leasing Associates in CA earn +$100,000 annually 🌟 Ideal Candidate: - Great with people & a natural closer - Comfortable using phones, email, and video for virtual tours - Organized and detail-oriented (you’ll be chasing docs and leads) - Available for flexible full-time hours - Bilingual Fluency in English and Spanish is a major plus! 🚨 While is a temp position there is the possibility for other leasing opportunities as well. The Building Engineer will utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings systems, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Job Duties Have demonstrated proficiency and experience in utilizing current technology tools (hardware and software). Possess clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Develop and maintain a courteous and service-oriented rapport with all customers (tenants, building occupants, vendors, clients, co-workers). Have strong, demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting HVAC systems and controls. Completes maintenance and repair records as required. After hours on-call emergency response. Operate building systems, including but not limited to; access and lighting controls and fire and life safety systems. Effectively perform or direct to be performed routine building maintenance and repair tasks. Professionally and effectively interact with tenant facility personnel. Effectively interact with and direct contracted service providers. Effectively respond to and resolve tenants service calls. Diagnose faults and ability to perform in-house repairs when able. Review building operations, PM, training, energy management, and equipment status frequently. Observe the effectiveness of the functions executed and continuously improve operations. Work directly with PM to provide input on a timeline for future repairs and assist with budgeting costs. Monitor and utilization of the work order system, to ensure tenant requests, property, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards. Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed. Understanding of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with services and repairs. Education SMA Engineering Course (Recommended) BOMA Engineering School (Recommended). High School Diploma. Qualification Able to perform the physical requirements of the position; climbing ladders, bending, stooping., lift/carry minimum of 50 pounds, raise arms over head, perform overhead work, work effectively at heights. Available to work occasional overtime and provide after-hours on-call emergency response. Ability to pass background check and drug test and must be bondable. Familiar with Tridium BAS or Facility Explorer BAS. Apprentice or Maintenance electrical license preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude. CFC License, and refrigerant licenses preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in commercial building maintenance or related industry. Experience with chilled water systems Skill Ability to exude calm and confidence in occasionally stressful situations. Adaptable to change. Basic skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.). Uses personal computer and / or PDA for work order system, email, EMS, and training. Demonstrated customer service skills. Effective communication skills.
