ATL is seeking qualified Administrative Assistant candidates for our Utica, New York office. Administrative Assistant Qualifications: Degree in Business or related field, or 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction and/or architecture/engineering field Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: Provide direct administrative support to division management and technical staff Prepare proposals and invoices Answer and direct telephone calls Assist with scheduling and dispatching of field staff Process timesheets and expense reports for divisional staff Process purchase requisitions Assist with onboarding of new hires Competitive Benefits Package: Medical Dental Vision Life Flexible Spending 401(k) Paid time off ATL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
