Job Title: Manager, Events & Hospitality Location: On-Site | Full-Time | Multi-Office Law Firm Environment Join a team where precision meets creativity. A respected national law firm is seeking a Manager of Events & Hospitality to lead the design and delivery of impactful experiences for both clients and employees. This role is central to how the firm celebrates its people, cultivates relationships, and strengthens its brand-from internal appreciation events to client receptions across the country. This is an on-site role based in one of the firm's office locations, supporting both local and firmwide initiatives. Some travel and schedule flexibility are required. Your Mission: You'll be the go-to person for orchestrating experiences that matter. Whether planning a firmwide celebration or elevating the hospitality in day-to-day operations, your focus is on creating high-touch, seamless, and meaningful engagements that reflect the professionalism and culture of a modern law firm. What You'll Do: Lead the Full Event Lifecycle Manage the planning and execution of employee events (e.g., appreciation weeks, holiday gatherings) and client-facing functions (e.g., receptions, webinars, CLE programs). Elevate Hospitality Standards Develop and maintain professional, consistent hospitality experiences across firm offices-from refreshment service to event setup, ensuring offices reflect the firm's high standards. Collaborate Across the Firm Work with attorneys, administrative leaders, HR, and marketing to support firm initiatives and tailor events to diverse practice groups and office cultures. Own the Details Build timelines, manage vendors, track budgets, and serve as the on-site lead during event execution. Ensure all logistics-tech, catering, signage, materials-are flawlessly delivered. Report & Reflect Assess engagement and event success, gather feedback, and propose enhancements for future programming. Who You Are: A seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience managing events or hospitality programs-experience in a law firm or professional services setting strongly preferred Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational instincts and an eye for presentation and quality A confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with partners, C-suite leaders, clients, and vendors Comfortable juggling multiple events, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously Tech-savvy: proficient with Microsoft Office, Zoom, and tools like Canva or equivalent platforms Flexible with scheduling needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or travel as required Able to lift and transport materials up to 40 pounds during event setup or teardown Bonus Experience: Familiarity with CLE requirements or law firm business development practices Previous responsibility for multi-office event coordination Experience creating visual event materials (e.g., signage, invitations) Salary: $70-$100k/yr. Job Summary The Legal Operations Associate / Associate Paralegal supports corporate legal functions with a focus on entity management, governance, and documentation.
