Position Bayside Networks is looking for a Tier 1 IT Technician to provide quality customer service support for clients primarily using Microsoft-based technologies. A candidate “must demonstrate” 1-2 years, hands-on, prior work experience serving as an IT Technician predominantly working with Microsoft based technologies. IMPORTANT: General preference is toward a candidate that has provided device and user level support within a MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER company.
