Customer Service Representative (Portland/Tualatin, OR)

Position Type: Full-time, Hourly Location: Portland/Tualatin, OR Wage Scale: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Full-time Regular Employees (and their families) can enroll in medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and 401K. Employees will also accrue 80 hours of vacation per year for the first 9 years and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Responsibilities: -Respond to internal and external customer through phone, email and/or other software’s. -Accurately process orders, application forms, and requests into database. -Provide follow ups with customers on scheduled jobs, progress or changes. -Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers. -Document transactions status of all customer calls. -Assist with scheduling including confirming scheduled jobs. -Resolve customers questions by clarifying, determining cause, and providing a solution in a timely manner. -Assist with payment collection if needed. -Various administration duties. -Other duties may be assigned. Requirements: -2-3 years of Customer Service experience preferred. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills. -Data entry experience is a plus, but not required. -Organizational, time management and customer service skills. -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. -Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace or garage industries is a plus. -Regular attendance is required.
