Trees, not lawn Exterior painting Wood repair (decking and porch) Install door hardware Simple plumbing issue resolution (install vanity and connect new faucets) ABOUT YOU: 1. understand time management- must be able to allocate time resource to each location 2. completely grasp the notion of schedules regarding repetitive functions, by example- turning outdoor irrigation on EACH day 3. Ability to forecast identifiable problems, proactively avoid oncoming problems before they occur. Produce material and parts lists before a project begins- and- alter course during a project when it is plainly obvious a course correction is needed 4. Get to your job on time. Cannot enter this position if you know you have personal time conflicts. The core job is Stamford and Greenwich. These locations are seven miles apart.
