OWNER OPERATORS NEEDED 88% OF GROSS
Owners,
We are a smaller company looking for more owner ops to haul our dedicated freight!
Freight is very consistent in volume, and dedicated. Dry van freight, not very time consuming since 50% of it is drop and hook, and usually comes in round trips. I do not like to waste anyone's time so I will be as transparent as possible.
Freight: Mostly west coast, CO, CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA, ID, WA, OR, TX, as well as occasional midwest and south. All our loads start in CO and come back to CO. This is a OTR position ONLY, we do NOT do regional.
Gross: This part is ENTIRELY up to you. Our owners gross between (min) $6,500 to $8,500 a week when doing our dedicated freight. If you stay out 5 days, you cannot make this gross.
The freight I have is there, consistent, all the time, the rest is up to you.
You get paid for any detention, layovers, as well as clean inspection bonuses.
Deductions: We take 12% from gross. Our trailer rental is $275 a week, and cargo is $300 a week.
We do offer fuel cards and we get discounts everywhere. Prepass ( if you don't have your own ), is $25 a month, and ELD (we use Keep Trucking ), is $45 a month.
What we are looking for: If your MVR is NOT clean, and full of tickets, accidents, or violations, please do not contact us, we will not hire you. Our safety score is perfect and we intend to keep it that way.
If you have LESS than 2 years of experience, I cannot hire you due to insurance requirements.
If your truck is about to fall apart, reconsider contacting us.
We are looking for good communication, honesty, work ethic, and someone who does NOT need to be micromanaged and babysat 24 hours a day. If I have to do that, then you are not fit for the job.
We are looking for someone that can RUN and MAKE money!
We are NOT looking for someone with their own authority!
