Position: Entry-Level General Construction Laborer Location: San Diego, CA Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $20 - $23 per hour Reports To: Site Supervisor/Foreman Job Summary The Entry-Level General Laborer will perform a variety of tasks to support construction projects under the direction of experienced crew members. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the construction trade, develop hands-on skills, and grow within a supportive, family-oriented company. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. Skills and Attributes: -Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. -Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork. -Basic understanding of construction tools and processes is a plus but not required. -Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
