He is fully independent with all personal care but needs help staying on task with his routines. Ideally we are looking for someone with experience or interest in special needs or autistic individuals. Responsibilities might include facilitating routines and assisting with daily tasks, promoting independence, transportation to work sites/community activities, etc. Pay rate $22.82/hour. Ideally a couple hours a day a few days a week but we are open to tailoring our schedule to your availability.
