JD Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Medical Device Software Verification Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying software used in our medical devices and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements. This role involves designing, implementing, and executing test plans and procedures to identify and document software defects. Key Responsibilities • Test Planning and Design • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design specifications. • Ensure test plans cover all functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, reliability, and security. Test Execution • Execute manual and automated tests to identify software application defects. • Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes. • Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues not identified by formal test cases. Documentation and Reporting • Document test results, including detailed descriptions of defects and steps to reproduce them. • Generate and maintain test reports, defect logs, and other documentation required for regulatory compliance. • Communicate test outcomes and defect status to development teams and management. Collaboration • Work closely with software developers, and systems engineers, to understand software requirements and functionality. • Compliance and Standards • Ensure testing activities comply with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304). • Stay updated with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements for medical device software. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Experience • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in the medical device industry. • Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., ClearQuest, Jama). • Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines for medical devices (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, IEC 62304). Skills and Competencies • Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Database Technician supports Tribal participation in major infrastructure projects by overseeing database management, project coordination, and financial tracking under the supervision of the Project Manager. This role ensures accurate data integration for regulatory compliance, environmental review, and engineering assessments while maintaining financial records, procurement oversight, and logistical support. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The successful candidate will: • Maintain GIS databases, environmental records, and regulatory documentation while ensuring the accuracy, security, and accessibility of project-related data. • Provide administrative support for final presentations and compiling and submitting reports to federal, state, and Tribal partners. • Track cultural resource impact assessments to support preservation efforts. • Work alongside the Project Manager to ensure alignment between field operations and administrative workflows. • Coordinate daily database operations with the Tribal Civil Engineer and Natural Resources Department Director. • Provide logistical support to engineering review teams, environmental monitors, and cultural resource specialists. • Assist in processing timesheets, staffing requests, and equipment mobilization as part of the Tribal team’s participation in the project. • Monitor funding allocations, ensuring Tribal participation remains cost-effective and compliant. • Prepare financial summaries and expenditure reports for leadership review. • Assist with grant administration, procurement approvals, and budget forecasting for preconstruction and construction phases. • Maintain contract agreements and financial records aligned with DOT & PF and Tribal financial requirements. • Ensure all regulatory filings, permits, and compliance documentation are properly maintained. • Assist Tribal Civil Engineer and Project Manager in reviewing engineering plans, geotechnical data, and cultural resource findings. • Contribute to weekly and bi-weekly Tribal team meetings, assisting in progress tracking and interagency coordination. Experience: 5 Years Duties and Responsibilities As a Web Accessibility Specialist, you will lead all testing and audit activities using manual and automated accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies. Conduct accessibility testing using a combination of automated tools and manual testing (including testing with assistive technologies) to evaluate the level of conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and other applicable standards and regulatory requirements. Create, document, and manage test plans, testcases, and scripts across multiple projects based on software requirements and design documents. Conduct functional, end-to-end, and regression testing of applications to ensure functionality, reliability, and quality. Create and maintain test scripts, standards, guidelines, and playbooks for accessibility testing and development best practices. Document and report defects, issues, and areas of improvement as well as manage and prioritize critical ADA defects. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Clients to understand requirements and provide feedback. Act as a subject matter expert for testing web and mobile applications for accessibility. Participate in system designs, Support, and foster usability testing and research for accessibility. POSITION SUMMARY: This position shares the responsibility of maintaining the multimedia and audiovisual equipment installed in university classrooms and teaching spaces, meeting rooms, office locations, and public presentation venues. This includes preventative maintenance work as scheduled, maintenance of equipment (break/fix) and some installation work as required. This position will also be responsible for videotaping classes or events on campus as scheduled. Some overtime is required in this position, as well as the need to work alternate shifts when needed.
