$800 / 4br - Share my 4 bedroom home in St. Pete (St. Petersburg)

Looking for a couple of roomate's to share my house in St. Pete. There are 3 bedrooms available that are all different sizes. I’m open to different options if someone is interested in sharing more of the cost to have a shared spare bedroom. I have a 4 year old Labradoodle who is chill but will have to be the only pet.
