About the apt: • 2 bedroom/1 bath (I'm the only other resident) • 2.5 blocks (4 minutes from the Q subway station at 86th and 2nd) • 3rd floor walk-up • art space, good lighting, always clean, always smells great • 2 laundry facilities literally are on the corner • 2 blocks from Whole Foods • 2 blocks from Carl Schurz Park • safe neighborhood About the room: • full storage bed w/ reclaimed wood headboard, new linens will be provided. • dresser, narrow wardrobe, leaning bookcase, side chair • 40" 4k smart tv with fire tv • window a/c unit during the summer • the room also receives lots of natural light via a very large window • HEPA air purifier included The room is maximally furnished. It cannot accommodate any additional furniture. If you know that you have a ton of belongings, the room would not be a good fit for you. You must be employed and show some proof of employment. Utilities usually average around $125 per month. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Please note that the room is for one person only (no couples, pets, nor room shares). Entertaining, including overnight guests, should be done outside of the apt. Smoking (including 4/20) and vaping are not permitted in the building nor in the apt.
