Hi! I'm Juan. My room mate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I'm looking for someone to take her room. A little about the place- it's located at Grand and Greshman in the middle of PB and is walking distance to just about everything. It's gated, so you don't need to worry about random people wandering in. It has a nice courtyard with a gas grill and there is app pay enabled laundry on site. Water and trash are included. Gas and electric comes out to around $20 per person per month, plus $50 each for internet. Available now! A little about me- I work at a big bike brand and work hybrid. I'm in the office 1 or 2 days a week and the rest from home. In my free time I'm very into cycling. I spend a lot of time riding and going to races. I'm also a big movie nerd. I try to keep a clean, tidy place, but I'm not a total psycho about it. That said, I don't like to be the dirty one, so I'll always try to at least match your level of cleanliness.
