Quarterly AND Annual Safety & Performance Bonus: We appreciate hard work and dedication, and that's why we offer an annual safety and performance bonus to reward our drivers. Quarterly bonuses start at $650 and annual bonus ranges from $1,200-$3,000 depending on company & personal performance as well as time on the job. Know Your Dispatcher: You will have a dedicated dispatcher who you develop an ongoing relationship with. They get to know your preferences and try to make your runs suited to your needs. No touch freight means that you won't have to handle the freight yourself, making your job easier and more efficient. Responsibilities: Safely transport goods over regional distances, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and deliveries Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle Follow delivery schedules and meet deadlines Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Handle any necessary paperwork for each load Qualifications: Valid CDL A license Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience Clean driving record with no DUI convictions in the last 5 years Strong commitment to safety and customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If you are a skilled CDL A OTR DRIVER looking for a rewarding career with a company that values your contribution, we want to hear from you!
