DOOR MACHINE OPERATOR Job Summary Job Title: Door Machine Operator Job Brief: The Door Machine Operator's primary function is to machine interior doors on a Norfield door machine. Job Starting Location: San Jose, CA 95112 Position Type: Full Time. Must be flexible to work over 40 hours when needed.

Maintain and operate spray booths, guns, and mixing equipment. Follow OEM repair standards and shop procedures. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and union guidelines. Requirements: 10+ years of professional automotive painting experience. PPG Certification required (I-CAR, BASF, Axalta, or Sherwin-Williams certifications are a plus). Proven ability to meet production deadlines without compromising quality. Strong attention to detail with excellent finishing skills. Union membership in good standing.
