We are a leading staffing company seeking motivated individuals for a temporary labeling laborer position for one of the largest cannabis multi-state operators. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to efficient production processes. As a temporary labeling laborer, you will play a vital part in ensuring products are accurately labeled and prepared for shipment. Requirements / Responsibilities -Apply labels to products and packaging accurately and efficiently. -Inspect products to ensure labels are correctly placed and legible. -Maintain a clean and organized work area. -Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times. -Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. -Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly. Qualifications -Must be 21 years or older. -Able to pass a background check -Able to maintain strict confidentiality. -No felony drug convictions within the previous ten (10) years -Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. -Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. -Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. -Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Job Details / Duties -Label products according to specified instructions. -Verify product information matches labeling requirements. -Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed. -Monitor label supply levels and notify supervisors when restocking is necessary. -Support other production line activities as assigned. Shifts -Monday through Friday, daytime shift. -Work hours from 7:15 AM to 3:45 PM, with potential for overtime. -Consistent weekday schedule to support work-life balance.
