HMI (A division of The Management Trust) Position Title: EMS Technician  Location: Livermore/Dublin, CA Reporting To: VP of Operations Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Salary: $31.00 - $40.00/Hourly DOE EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE: We are an established, low-turnover residential construction company seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Construction Technician with strong drywall experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in various trades including framing, stucco, painting, flooring, and demolition, with some knowledge of electrical and HVAC systems considered a plus. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform field activities that include demolition (removal of drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad, etc.) cleaning, emergency services, structural drying. Respond with urgency to all assigned emergency water calls. Set up and operate restoration equipment such as moisture detectors, dehumidifiers, air-movers, etc. Use company software to document all job information and completed work. Experienced Carpenter Looking for carpenters capable of completing a variety of job tasks including but not limited to general interior/exterior carpentry, trim carpentry and framing. You will be placed on a two or three man crew and will have supervision and training for the first 6 months. You must have transportation, and we pay 63 cents a mile for local work travel.
