Job Summary: We seek a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician and an in-house Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance to our clients' equipment in various settings, The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pools and spa maintenance or the willingness to learn. Have customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Time management skills to handle multiple service calls or maintenance schedules. -Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment using tools such as ammeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic instruments. -Troubleshoot issues related to the issue to ensure optimal performance of the pool or spa. -Execute tasks as required for repairs or modifications. -Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. -Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs and service updates. -Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks. Experience: -Knowledge of pool and spa equipment such as pumps, heaters, filters, and chlorinators. -Ability to test and balance water chemistry (pH, chlorine levels, alkalinity).- Skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components. -Experience in the Spa and pool maintenance or repair-related field is essential. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including the use of ammeters and voltmeters. -Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field. -Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
