This is a full-time, long-term position for someone with a deep background in concrete, framing, foundation work, and structural repair. In this role, you will lead and supervise a crew on structural and foundation repair projects while planning daily tasks, assigning responsibilities, and managing overall jobsite workflow. You will interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and scope documents, as well as coordinate material, labor, and equipment needs to keep projects running smoothly. A key part of the role includes ensuring that all safety procedures are followed and OSHA compliance is maintained. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, maintaining daily field reports, and communicating effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients. There isnt much work out here right now so we need carpenters who love their work!! We need a skilled and motivated siding and trim carpenter/ handyman for our growing business. We work all over the metro atlanta area. Prefer contracts for each project but can start day/hourly to see how we work together. Must be in shape and able to work on ladders - nothing super crazy but we do a ton of soffit and fascia repairs plus chimneys. you must know how to make a weather cut with a multi tool and understand to back-prime and seal replacement wood so it does not rot again. If you live in the norcross area you might be able to ride with one of our guys. Must be able to make cuts with a multi-tool and be able to learn complicated sash repairs; Every day is different here. Our groups do everything from small handyman repairs, deck repairs and rebuilds, siding repairs, fascia, soffits, interior trims and repairs. You name it and OnDemand has done it. Our group has been successful in metro atlanta for almost 30 years. We have projects from dunwoody, east cobb, canton, sandy springs, buckhead to grayson, snellville - all around the metro area.
