Responsibilities: • Assemble light gauge steel wall panels and trusses using provided shop drawings • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently • Read and follow layout diagrams and measurements accurately • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Assist with material loading/unloading and project staging • Work closely with team leads to meet production goals and quality standards Qualifications: • Basic construction, framing, or manufacturing experience preferred • Ability to read a tape measure and interpret simple drawings • Comfortable using hand and power tools • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • Team-oriented with a good attitude and willingness to learn • Physically fit for standing, lifting, and handling materials Field Experience Encouraged: We’re especially interested in applicants with field framing or construction experience. At this time, we’re primarily filling manufacturing positions in our Phoenix shop, but as new field opportunities open up, positions may be re-evaluated for field roles with adjusted compensation based on experience and performance.
