Catering Team Member (Upper East Side)

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Catering Team Member to join us. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and coordinating catering orders while ensuring high-quality service and presentation. The Catering Team Member plays a key part in delivering a positive client experience and representing Go Bagels at off-site events. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, package, and organize catering orders according to customer specifications and company standards. Coordinate order logistics, including pickup, delivery, and setup at client locations. Ensure food quality, accuracy, and presentation meet established standards. Provide professional, friendly service when interacting with clients. Maintain catering supplies, equipment, and inventory, restocking as needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Assist with on-site setup and breakdown for catering events, ensuring a clean and organized presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff, drivers, and management to ensure timely execution of orders. Experience: Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to lift and transport catering equipment and supplies (up to 40 lbs). Valid driver’s license preferred (for roles involving delivery). Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
