Includes a studio apartment with utilities plus a $3,000 a month fee for services. You will be responsible for both check in and back-end management including check in/ check out, accounting, customer service, housekeeping, laundry, grounds keeping, maintenance/handyman duties and more. Must be reliable and organized. Must also be available to interview. Prior experience with hotel/motel management is REQUIRED-no exceptions. Must be available to start this month. The success of our 9 room friendly motel will be completely dependent on your contribution and enthusiasm. The Motel does not have a support staff.
