Role/Responsibilities include:Working with Executive Chef, develop seasonal menu items and monthly specials and train team to execute. Manage the line, prep, and dish crew during dinner service. Conduct daily tastings and inspections for quality, consistency, and food safety. Ensure that all daily opening/closing duties are completed by the kitchen staff.
