Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks. A successful accounting clerk should be familiar with all accounting procedures and have a knack for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Accounting Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively. Job Description • Providing support to the Accounting Department. • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc. • Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in- person. • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc. • Preparing financial reports. • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. Job Requirements • Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Office (excel), and excellent typing skills • At least 1 year of experience within a similar role • Knowledge of both accounts payables and receivables processes • Exceptional time management skills • High attention to detail
