We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Driver and Shop Help. This position involves driving our company vehicle to deliver and pick up customer golf carts and occasionally materials, supplies for our shop as well as assisting with various shop tasks such as cleaning, organizing, light maintenance, and supporting production or repair operations as needed. Shop Assistance: - Assist with organizing inventory, tools, and supplies. - Perform general shop maintenance, including cleaning, sweeping, and restocking materials. - Support mechanics, technicians, or fabricators with basic tasks as directed. - Help prepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobs. - Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Qualifications: - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Ability to lift up to [50–75] lbs and perform physical tasks as needed. - Previous experience in a shop, warehouse, or similar setting preferred. - Basic mechanical or tool knowledge is a plus. - Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Strong communication and organizational skills. Working Conditions: -Work is performed both indoors (shop) and outdoors (driving/deliveries). -May require occasional overtime or weekend hours based on workload.
