Our current branches are producing $300,000-$500,000 per month in sales, and our unique approach has increased our business 900% over the last seven months. Our goal is to open 7 new locations across the greater Atlanta region during the next 6 months. This expansion will only be limited by our ability to hire and train a highly motivated and effective group of Sales/Branch Manger Trainees (that's YOU) ...and that's not all... We have made strategic partnerships with contractors and subcontractors which will create multiple income streams for every branch and for every employee. You will be trained in every aspect of our business expansion and you will become an expert in selling and training others to sell all our products and services. Where do you fit in? We are looking for Sales/Branch Manager Trainees to expand our already rapidly growing company. RJS Roofing & Construction plans to open 7 new branches around the Atlanta metropolitan area in the next 6 months, and we need you (if you are a great listener, and highly motivated person) to help us move forward as quickly as possible. To be successful in this role, you must have a great attitude and a strong work ethic. You will be trained from day one to become a branch manager in 3 to 5 months. This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. During your training you will be making an average of $750-$1500/week with our Salary/Commission/Bonus structure. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Once you are promoted to Sales Manager, you will make $100,000 - $250,000 per year. As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $750-$1500/week during your 3-5 months of training. Remember, on the other side of your hard work during training which will last less than 6 months, is a guarantee of 6 figure income, with a vast array of bonuses and incentives that will put you in an elite position financially, and provide you a rewarding career with a great company! Responsibilities - Fully participate in our comprehensive sales manager trainee program for 3-5 months, at which time you will be ready for promotion to Sales Manger, and awarded your branch. - Learn our products - Demonstrate ability to sell our products - Demonstrate ability to train others in the field As Sales/Branch Manager, you will: - Hire, train, and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales force - Order materials, maintain inventories, and schedule installation crews - Continue to improve via participation in corporation provided advance training programs - Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions - Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition - Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Skills - Excellent communication skills - Strong work ethic - Competitive and loves to win - Management experience of any kind is helpful but not necessary - Sales experience of any kind is helpful but not necessary - A strong desire to escape the "grind" and become involved with a growing company that directly rewards excellence with a strong pay structure and quickly promotes deserving employees - Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude - Availability to travel as needed Pay: $750-$1500/week during training. *Up to a $4500 Signing BONUS!
