





We’re working on Deadwood Bowling & Billiards, a vintage-inspired bar & bowling concept where great food, music, and design meet. We’re looking for a creative chef who wants to make a name for themselves — someone ready to design a menu from the ground up and set the tone for a unique, high-energy venue. You’ll have full creative control over the food program, from concept to execution: A real chance to cook "your" food. • Develop a bold, approachable menu that fits a retro-modern bar atmosphere • Create nightly specials and seasonal features • Collaborate closely with ownership on presentation, sourcing, and cost structure • Help shape kitchen layout and operational systems This is a consulting role with the opportunity to transition into a long-term executive position once Deadwood opens.
