Summary The Treatment Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment. This position plays a key role in preparing and optimizing mailing lists for direct mail campaigns, ensuring data accuracy, postal compliance, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities: - Import, clean, and validate large customer data files for accuracy and completeness. - Perform NCOA (National Change of Address) and CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) updates, plus de-duplication to maintain clean, efficient lists. - Use mail processing software (such as BCC, AccuZIP, or similar) to generate mailing lists, presort data, and create postage statements. - Maintain compliance with all USPS regulations to qualify for postal discounts and ensure smooth delivery. - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, prepress) and external vendors to meet deadlines. - Perform quality control checks on data and mailing outputs prior to production. - Keep accurate records of all jobs, materials, and processing details.
