Description

We are seeking a facilities maintenance technician at our state-of-the-art semiconductor facility in Hillsboro, OR! This is a full-time, permanent position with significant growth opportunity and room for advancement. Safety is our top priority and we pride ourselves on excellence in the workplace. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Clean and perform PM for equipment on a regular basis • Install machinery systems • Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures • Assist in equipment troubleshooting and in root cause analysis of equipment failures and propose corrective actions • Perform electrical systems maintenance if certified to perform • Inspect and maintain safety and alarm systems • Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order • Train employees on proper equipment usage • Act as on-call when needed • Support and coordinate sites projects, and lead project segments as requested REQUIREMENTS • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and light repair of equipment and facilities essential for the position. • Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and chemical systems, • Demonstrated piping, plastics, and metal works • Ability to read drawings and identify critical quality characteristics • Safety minded, and attention to detail when working and completing paperwork. • 1+ years of utilities and facilities maintenance experience • Must have hands-on mechanical and technical skills PREFERENCES • Semiconductor experience a plus • HVAC experience or certification a plus • Wastewater treatment a plus If this sounds like a good fit, please reach out to: Please Call Louie @ 440-842-7133
