I am looking for 2 people to help me with remodeling apartment kitchens & bathrooms. I cross the trades of demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, rough and finish , cabinet installation & apartment turnovers maintenance. Pay depending on skill level $15-$30 per hour. The nature of our work requires you to carry health insurance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in interior & exterior painting, prep, masking, caulking, and drywall repair, taping, patching, skimming, and texturing, must have attention to detail, be a team player, and self-motivated. Duties • Work on restoration, remodel and construction projects, following safety protocols • Perform interior & exterior painting and drywalling tasks such as prepping, masking, painting (brush, roll, spray), staining, caulking, drywall cutting, installation, taping, patching, skimming, hand/machine texturing, and sanding • Ability to move customer contents (furniture and belongings), as needed • Perform calculations for material and supply requirements Requirements • Proven experience as a Painter-Drywaller with at least 3 years of experience • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to get projects done on time • Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in all aspects of work • Ability to work with a team and communicate project requirements and progress clearly to co-workers and project managers • Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy materials • Must pass criminal background check • Valid Driver’s License and Clean Motor Vehicle Record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Other Benefits: Employee Health Insurance (100% of EMPLOYEE Medical & Vision Premium Paid by Ehlers). Seeking a reliable individual that can show up on time daily, absolutely must have a valid drivers license and there own means of transportation. Having experience with driving a truck and trailer is a bonus as well. Can work independently, one that is a hard worker with a go get it done speed. This position requires good common sense, can see what needs done and do it. Must have experience with concrete work and be able to pull a screed or rod board. Also looking for someone that has experience finishing steps and stoop tops. Must be able to work in concrete and masonry. Also would be willing to hire a part time finisher.
