Construction Supervisor (Unrestricted CSL License) – Hourly, 1099 (Greenfield, MA)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with an active, unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in good standing to oversee a specific construction project. This is a 1099 contractor position paid hourly, with the potential for ongoing projects based on performance and availability. You will ensure the project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, meets quality standards, and complies with all building codes and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all aspects of the designated construction project. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and on-site crews. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues efficiently. Communicate clearly with clients, architects, and project stakeholders. Requirements: Active, unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL) in good standing – required. Proven experience managing construction projects. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound on-site decisions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
