Journeyman HVAC Technician – Part-Time / Project-Based (Can Lead to FT

We’re looking for an experienced Journeyman-level HVAC Technician who can take charge in the field, lead by example, and follow direction when needed. This position is part-time and project-based, with the opportunity to transition into full-time work for the right person. Responsibilities: Install and service residential and commercial HVAC systems Install heating units, run and install ducting, and change blower motors Perform diagnostic testing, refrigerant charging, and system start-ups Lead or assist team members on installations and repairs Maintain professional communication with the office, customers, and other trades Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times Requirements: 4+ years of HVAC experience (Journeyman level) Skilled in ductwork, system installs, and component replacements Ability to charge systems and perform diagnostics confidently Strong work ethic and positive attitude Compensation & Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Tool Reimbursement program Bonuses Part-time / project-based to start, with potential to grow into full-time work Supportive, team-oriented environment If you’re reliable, take pride in your work, and want steady opportunities with a growing company, we’d like to hear from you.
