Role Overview - Part-time, flexible schedule: record 1-2 hours of video data each day from your home (must have a full kitchen and reliable internet). - Pay-per-task model: - $30/(hour of approved data) during the 1-week screening period using your own phone. - Earn up to $60/(hour of approved data) for more complex tasks after screening. - Fast payments, within 2-3 business days via Stripe. What You’ll Do - Record motion capture videos of common household tasks to train our AI models. After the screening period you will be using our supplied equipment. Examples include arranging shoes, picking up random objects, or folding a t-shirt. - Collaborate closely with our team—your submissions will directly shape the behavior and learning of our robot. - Receive continuous feedback to ensure high-quality data and improve performance over time. - Protect data privacy by signing an NDA. - Note that this is NOT a software developer or coding role. If you're an experienced, CERTIFIED (AWS, FCAW, NR-232) welder who can take direction (reading blueprints is a plus but not required) we want to hear from you. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED: Strong communication and customer skills. Must be willing to work 40 hours a week. Ability to cope with change, meet deadlines and make decisions in a timely manner. Basic knowledge of hand tools, including electric and battery-powered equipment. DAY to DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Servicing Extinguishers in preparation for weekly distribution. Field work across various locations in MA. Driving Company Van to and from job sites. In-House Maintenance and Recharging Fire Extinguishers. Fire Equipment Certificate of Competency (R46 MA License-Portable Fire Extinguisher) is a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate(s) to become licensed (R46) within the allotted time frame. Hourly Pay $25.00 to $35.00 plus Commissions, Bonus’s and Benefits await you.
